Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 Tribelli peppers (cut in half, seeds removed)
  • 8 ounces goat cheese (French goat cheese, if possible)
  • 1/4 Plain (whole milk Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 fresh corn (cut off the cob)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Stir together goat cheese, yogurt, corn, chili powder, salt and basil.
  2. Fill peppers with mixture and serve!
