Blueberry Rosa Margarita
2 oz Código 1530 Rosa Tequila
1 oz Grenadine
.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lime Juice
Blueberries and Mint

Method: Muddle blueberries and mint in a Rocks glass. In a shaker filled with ice, add tequila, Grenadine, Cointreau and lime juice. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with mint leaf.

Blanco Margarita
2 oz Código 1530 Blanco Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar

Method: Rim rocks glass with salt. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime.

Reposado Margarita
2 oz Código 1530 Reposado Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar

Method: Rim rocks glass with salt. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime.

The Mezcal Margarita
2 oz. El Silencio Espadin
1 oz. Agave Nectar
Lime

Method: Combine w/ Ice Shake and Strain

Mango Mango

Santa Teresa Claro, Pueblo Viejo Blanco, Mezcal
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz cane
1 oz mango purée
1 Pinch chipotle salt
1-1/2 oz spirit
Crushed ice
Chipotle salt sprinkled on top, for garnish

Method: Add 1-1/2 oz spirit to 2-1/2 oz batch. Add a pinch of chipotle salt. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Top w/ crushed ice. For those seeking a virgin drink, shake a 4 oz batch and pour over crushed ice.


Premium Clase Azul Mezcal Margaritas at Añejo Tribeca — $55 per margarita

At Añejo Tribeca, enjoy a premium Clase Azul mezcal margarita created especially for National Margarita Day. Created in 1938, the margarita celebrates it’s 80th anniversary this year. Añejo is commemorating the occasion with a premium concoction from resident mezcal sommelier, Amanda Swanson. Clase Azul Durango Mezcal, Grand Marnier 1880, Lime Juice, and Agave come together at $55 per margarita.
