I don’t know if you can really call this a recipe, but it’s too good not to share and I think the simplicity is exactly what makes this a perfect treat. It’s a delicious, fast frozen yogurt with sweet raspberries and a gorgeous cerise color.

If you – like me – always have some berries in the freezer, this dish can be made in minutes and truly is an instant snack or dessert. No ice cream maker required, just a few seconds blending and you’re done. It’s such a healthy dish too, but it doesn’t taste that way at all: because the frozen yogurt gets incredibly creamy and soft.

You can eat this froyo straight away, or put it in the freezer for later use. I use just a little or even no sugar, because I like the slightly sour taste of the yogurt coming through, but you just have to experiment and sweeten according to your own taste.

You can also vary with different berries or other types of fruit, or add some extras like chocolate, coconut flakes or fresh basil.
