Description

Chukar’s Chipotle Grilling Sauce makes this an easy dish to grill on the BBQ . Perfect for the tail-gate parties coming up! Increase the chicken to one per guest with sides.


Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs
  • Cherry Chipotle Grilling Sauce ( online www.chukar.com)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush chicken lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
  4. Brush Cherry Chipotle Grilling Sauce on each side and cook additional 2 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Brush lightly with additional warmed Cherry Chipotle Grilling Sauce and serve.
