In moments you can have refreshing raspberry limoncello smash in your hand. Adjust based on how sweet your berries are and garnish with beautiful fruit.
Just squeeze a couple of limes, crush a few berries, add some Limoncello and Lemon vodka, shake over ice, and voila, happy hour! The raspberries add a little sweetness to this tart libation, I added a little sugar too. It’s a personal preference thing, feel free to leave it out if you like.
- 1/2 cup fresh red raspberries
- 1 teaspoon raw cane sugar
- the juice of 2 limes
- 2 ounces Limoncello
- 2 ounces Absolut Citron vodka
- about 1 cup ice
- In a cocktail shaker or large jar, muddle the raspberries and sugar until the berries are thoroughly crushed. Add the remaining ingredients, put the top on the shaker (or the lid on the jar) and shake to combine. Strain into two small glasses, and garnish with a slice of lime and a couple of additional raspberries.
