It seems like spring is finally here! Well, this winter I fell in love with ginger. I am giving you my favorite way to use it.

Description
Great healthy detox drink!
Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 2 apples
- ginger root, about 1.95 inch (5 cm) long
- 1 orange
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Peel and wash carrots, do the same with apples. Core them and cut into squares. Peel ginger and cut into pieces.
- Place everything into a juicer. In the end, add squeezed lemon and orange juice and stir in honey.
- Note: if you don’t have a juicer, you can put everything into a blender and add a bit of water, then strain it.
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 5 mins
