Description

Served warm or cold, this Italian dish is versatile, inexpensive, and simple to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 liter (4.2 cups) water
  • sea salt to taste.
  • 300 g (11 oz) precooked polenta
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Gorgonzola cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, pour corn flour and cook for ten minutes.
  2. Oiled molds, pour polenta, add a cube of Gorgonzola cheese and cover with another spoonful of polenta.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F/gas 4) for 30minutes.
