Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 6 Medjool dates
  • 6 walnut halves

Instructions

  1. With a fork, combine ricotta and honey together until smooth.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut a slit down the center of each date and remove pit.
  3. Fill each date with about ¾ of a teaspoon of ricotta mixture.
  4. Press a walnut half onto the filling.
