Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoons matcha powder (plus extra for dusting)
  • ¾ cup milk (I use coconut, but any milk works)
  • 12 heaping teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 large scoops vanilla ice cream (depending on how thick you like it)
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the matcha powder, milk, honey and vanilla together in a blender.
  2. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of matcha powder.

Notes

Warm the honey slightly so that it is thinner to make it easier to blend.
If you are using three scoops of ice cream, use the 1½ teaspoons of matcha.
