Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup Beer (We have used a Blond Ale and an Amber Lager)
- 1/2 cups Salted caramel ice cream (left out to soften for a few minutes (We used a Greek yogurt based ice cream for a more breakfast-y feel with a touch of tartness))
- 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 Slice of cooked bacon
Instructions
- Stir together the beer and ice cream. Taste, adjust beer amount if desired.
- Transfer into preferred drinking glass and top with maple syrup and a slice of bacon.
