Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp herb/spice blend (I used Badia Complete Spice Blend

Instructions

  1. prepare grill
  2. thinly slice potatoes, stopping just before you slice all the way through
  3. microwave potatoes for 5 minutes
  4. combine spice/herbs with the melted butter
  5. place each potato on a square of foil
  6. drizzled with the herbed butter, and roll tightly
  7. place potateo on a hot grill – cook using indirect heat
  8. grill 30 – 40 minutes
  9. serve hot
