Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 part Lemon
  • 1/2 part Lime
  • Soda Water
  • small handful Fresh Mint (reserve some for garnish.)
  • 1 to 2 parts Tio Pepe Fino Sherry (chilled)

Instructions

  1. Muddle lemon and lime juice with fresh mint.
  2. Strain and add desired amount of Fino Sherry to the citrus juice.
  3. Pour in a glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint
