Description

This smoothie is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help cleanse and detoxify your body.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach or kale leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 green apple, finely chopped (peel on)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 kiwi
  • Mint leaves from two sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the mint.
  2. Blend for 90 seconds
  3. Add two fistfuls of ice, all the mind, and blend for an additional 90 seconds
  4. Serve in cold glasses
