- 2 medium ripe mangoes, pureed
- 200 grams vanilla-flavored yogurt
- 2 tablespoons low-fat granola

Instructions
- Peel and cube the mangoes, then puree them in a blender until smooth.
- Take 2 tall glasses and place them in the freezer for 5-7 minutes to chill.
- Remove the glasses from the freezer and start layering the parfait. Begin with a layer of mango puree at the bottom.
- Add a layer of vanilla-flavored yogurt over the mango puree.
- Sprinkle a layer of low-fat granola on top of the yogurt.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
- Top with mango cubes and assorted nuts if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold, but not ice-chilled.

You can make as many layers as you wish and enjoy this simple yet yummy parfait. Serve cold, not ice chilled. Use granola of your choice. Add in dry fruits of your choice if you like a richer flavor. Ensure the mangoes are ripe for the best taste.
