- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chili paste, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 clove minced garlic to create the marinade.

- Add the sliced steak to the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves and 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier salad, increase the amount of chili paste.
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for the beef if desired.
