- 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Blend the raspberries until you have a smooth purée.
- Divide the Greek yogurt evenly over two glasses.
- Add the raspberry purée on top of the yogurt in each glass.
- Optional: Top with extra berries and add sugar if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter taste, add sugar to the raspberry purée. Using full-fat yogurt can enhance the flavor and keep you fuller longer. If you prefer a sweeter yogurt, consider adding honey or a sweetener of your choice.
