Description

This homemade raspberry yogurt combines fresh or frozen raspberries with creamy Greek yogurt for a nutritious and delicious breakfast treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 75 grams (1/3 cup) raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Extra berries for topping
  • Optional: Sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the raspberries until you have a smooth purée.
  2. Divide the Greek yogurt evenly over two glasses.
  3. Add the raspberry purée on top of the yogurt in each glass.
  4. Optional: Top with extra berries and add sugar if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, add sugar to the raspberry purée. Using full-fat yogurt can enhance the flavor and keep you fuller longer. If you prefer a sweeter yogurt, consider adding honey or a sweetener of your choice.
