Description

This tropical coconut smoothie bowl is packed with refreshing fruits like banana, mango, and pineapple, topped with crunchy chia and hemp seeds for a nutritious breakfast or lunch.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz. fresh pineapple
  • 10 oz. fresh champagne mango
  • 1 cup DREAM Boosted Original Coconut Beverage
  • 2 handfuls ice (or as much as desired)
  • Goji berries (to top)
  • Dried unsweetened coconut (to top)
  • Chia seeds (to top)
  • Hemp seeds (to top)

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, mango, pineapple, DREAM Boosted Coconut Beverage, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl with goji berries, dried coconut, chia seeds, and hemp seeds as desired.
