- 2 apples, cored and cut into chunks
- 3/4 to 1 cup (180-240 ml) light canned coconut milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) ice
- 2 pitted dates (can sub with 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and process for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy!
