Adam Hoffman’s Grilled Chicken Breasts

Adam graciously agreed to share a great marinade for chicken breasts on the grill:


  • 6 full size chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup apricot nectar juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch red chili flakes


  1. Let the chicken marinade for 24 hours in zip-loc bag.
  2. Grill and put it on toasted Hawaiian bread with mayo and sliced dill pickles.
