Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs (900 g) ground sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) biscuit mix
  • 18 oz (510 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp garlic power
  • 1 tbs SPICY! hot pepper flakes if you want to spice it up!!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients (with hands is best)
  3. Form into 1 inch balls. Balls have drippings so best to use pan with a lip
  4. Bake 15 minutes and serve.
