Description

Sweet, boozy popsicles perfect for a hot day. A simple recipe with fresh fruit and tequila.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups (946 ml) Fresh Fruit
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) Partida Tequila Blanco
  • 3 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) Sugar
  • 10 tsp chile powder

Instructions

  1. Place the fresh fruit, Partida Tequila, lime juice, and sugar in the blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the watermelon mixture into molds, snap on the lids, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.

Notes

  • For a less intense tequila flavor, reduce the amount to ¼ cup.
  • To prevent ice crystals, use a high-quality blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Store paletas in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
