- 4 cups (946 ml) Fresh Fruit
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) Partida Tequila Blanco
- 3 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) Sugar
- 10 tsp chile powder
Instructions
- Place the fresh fruit, Partida Tequila, lime juice, and sugar in the blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the watermelon mixture into molds, snap on the lids, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.
Notes
- For a less intense tequila flavor, reduce the amount to ¼ cup.
- To prevent ice crystals, use a high-quality blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Store paletas in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
