Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Pear Juice
- 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Partida Añejo Tequila
- 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 2 Tablespoons 1 ounce Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger (sliced)
To Garnish
- Rosemary Salt
- Rosemary Salt (You can make your own by crushing a rosemary and mixing with salt)
- A slice of pear or lime (optional)
Instructions
Cocktail
- Rim the glass with lime juice and the rosemary salt.
- Shake all the ingredients, except fresh pear and the salt with ice in a cocktail shaker until the outside of the shaker is cold.
- Strain into a glass over rocks, or “up”.
- Garnish with a slice of pear or fresh rosemary if desired.
