  • 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Yuzu Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Partida Reposado Tequila
  • 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 12 Tablespoons 0.5-1 ounce Honey

To Garnish

  • Thai Chili Pepper
  • Thai Chili Salt (You can make your own by crushing a dried pepper and mixing with salt)
  • Fresh Thai Basil



  1. Rim the glass with yuzu juice and the chili salt.
  2. Shake all the ingredients, except fresh Thai basil, Thai pepper and the salt with ice in a cocktail shaker until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  3. Strain into a glass over rocks, or “up”. Much if the honey may remain in the shaker with the ice, this is ok! Taste the drink to make sure it is sweet enough for you.
  4. Garnish with a Thai chili and fresh Thai basil if desired.
  5. Enjoy with the pepper in the drink for great spicy flavor
