Scale
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup Sriracha
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 3/4 lbs. chicken wings, cut into sections
- Black and/or white sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce until they are thoroughly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the skin is crispy and sticky.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the amount of Sriracha. These wings are best served fresh but can be reheated in a hot oven to restore crispiness. Pair with a cooling dip like ranch or blue cheese for contrast.
