Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the ricotta layer.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the strawberries.

Notes
