Description

Boosted with nutrients, these cool smoothie pops taste like sweet summer strawberries and are a perfect dairy-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 cup DREAM Boosted Original Coconut Beverage

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries, pistachios, agave nectar, and DREAM Boosted Original Coconut Beverage until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Remove from molds and enjoy.

Notes

For a sweeter pop, adjust the agave nectar to taste. These popsicles are perfect for a hot summer day and can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks. If you don’t have DREAM Boosted Coconut Beverage, any non-dairy milk can be used as a substitute, but it may alter the nutritional content.
