Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic punch combining strawberries, mint, ginger, and lime, perfect for picnics and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp. Raw sugar
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • leaves of 1-2 twigs of mint
  • 500g strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 liter sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a large jug, combine the lime juice, raw sugar, and ginger slice.
  2. Add the mint leaves and strawberries, and muddle gently to release flavors.
  3. Pour in the sparkling water and stir to combine.
  4. Serve over ice in glasses.
