Description

Chia pudding and pureed strawberries layered by the spoonful — five ingredients, no cooking, ready in an hour.

Ingredients

Units
  • 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup (237 ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 cup (237 ml) fresh Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla essence in a container or jar. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Use a whisk or fork to mix well to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.
  3. Puree strawberries in a food processor and chill.
  4. To serve, scoop alternately the chia mixture and strawberry puree to create swirl designs.

Notes

  • For a thicker pudding, let it chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Substitute any milk alternative for almond milk, such as soy or oat milk.
  • Store leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
