Description
These Sriracha and Soy Sauce Beef Lettuce Wraps are loaded with Asian flavors, easy and ready to eat in just thirty minutes.

- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1–1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1–1/4 lbs. ground beef
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 ” fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon sriracha
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- Large iceberg lettuce leaves
- Garnish: chopped green onions (chopped peanuts, matchstick carrot sticks)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet.
- Saute onion for 3 minutes adding garlic in last minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until done. Drain fat.
- Return skillet to heat and stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce and ginger. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in remaining ingredients except for lettuce leaves and garnishes.
- Serve on lettuce leave with garnishes on side.
