Description
This spiked pumpkin spice latte combines the cozy flavors of pumpkin spice with a boozy twist, featuring Irish cream liqueur and pumpkin spice vodka.

- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin spice gluten free vodka (I used Spuds)
- 1/4 cup espresso (I used instant decaf)
- Dash of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1/2 cup of Irish cream liqueur, 1/2 cup of pumpkin spice gluten free vodka, and 1/4 cup of espresso.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into two glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish each glass with a dash of cinnamon before serving.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the vodka and Irish cream liqueur with pumpkin spice syrup and cream. Use regular or decaf espresso based on your preference. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
