- 3/4 cup (180 ml) chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) chocolate milk
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Kahlua
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vodka
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Irish cream
- 1 tsp instant coffee (use one with a good strong flavor like Starbucks Via French Roast)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup chocolate ice cream, 1/2 cup chocolate milk, 1/3 cup Kahlua, 1/4 cup vodka, 1/4 cup Irish cream, and 1 tsp instant coffee.
- Whisk the mixture until the ice cream is fully melted and all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer to filter out any small clumps of instant coffee.
- Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use a robust instant coffee like Starbucks Via French Roast.
- Ensure the mixture is well combined to prevent separation during freezing.
- These popsicles are best enjoyed immediately after being released from the molds.
