Description

Creamy frozen yogurt with fresh mango and strawberries. A simple, refreshing dessert perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cups (237 ml) greek yoghurt
  • 0.5 cups (118 ml) khoya milk powder
  • 0.3 cups (71 ml) mango pulp
  • 10 chopped strawberries
  • Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, khoya (milk powder), mango pulp, and sugar. Stir until the milk powder is fully dissolved and everything is well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface (this prevents ice crystals).
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and stir vigorously with a fork, breaking up any icy edges. Repeat this step every 30 minutes for 2 hours for a smoother texture, or freeze for 2-3 hours total for a firmer set.
  4. Scoop into bowls, top with chopped fresh strawberries, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, blend the mango pulp before mixing with other ingredients.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your mangoes and strawberries.
  • Store the frozen yogurt in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
