Scale
- 1 cups (237 ml) greek yoghurt
- 0.5 cups (118 ml) khoya milk powder
- 0.3 cups (71 ml) mango pulp
- 10 chopped strawberries
- Sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, khoya (milk powder), mango pulp, and sugar. Stir until the milk powder is fully dissolved and everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface (this prevents ice crystals).
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and stir vigorously with a fork, breaking up any icy edges. Repeat this step every 30 minutes for 2 hours for a smoother texture, or freeze for 2-3 hours total for a firmer set.
- Scoop into bowls, top with chopped fresh strawberries, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, blend the mango pulp before mixing with other ingredients.
- Adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your mangoes and strawberries.
- Store the frozen yogurt in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
