Description

These smoked duck sushi rolls are a delightful fusion of flavors, featuring smoked duck breast, cucumbers, and spring onions rolled with sushi rice, served with a tangy blackberry dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups prepared sushi rice
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 2 spring onions, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons blackberry sauce or puree
  • Soy sauce and pickled ginger for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Slice the smoked duck breast thinly.
  3. Julienne the cucumbers and spring onions.
