Creamy and rich, this salted dark chocolate fudge combines melted dark chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and a sprinkle of sea salt for a decadent treat.

- 1 1/2 lbs (680 g) dark chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz (400 g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp dark cocoa powder
- Coarse sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with foil and heavily grease it with cooking spray.
- In a large microwavable bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave the mixture in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the dark cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top of the fudge to taste.
- Refrigerate the fudge for several hours or overnight until it is firm and set.
- Once set, remove the fudge from the dish using the foil, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- For best results, let the fudge set in the refrigerator overnight.
- You can substitute milk chocolate chips for a sweeter fudge.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Sprinkle additional sea salt on top before serving for extra flavor.
