- Frozen Peach Bellini
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 3 ounces prosecco
Instructions
- To make the rosemary simple syrup, combine sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar has dissolved and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Strain out the rosemary.
- For the frozen peach bellini, blend frozen peaches, rosemary simple syrup, and peach schnapps until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and top with prosecco. Stir gently and serve immediately.
