Ingredients

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries (6 oz. container)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 3/4 cup water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender, combine raspberries and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Add the cooled sugar syrup and 4 cups cold water to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
- Stir in the chia seeds and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.
- Serve over ice and enjoy.
