- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Cherry liqueur
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml DOM Benedictine
- 140 ml Pineapple juice
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Grenadine
- a dash of Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into highball glasses
- Garnish with a slice pineapple and maraschino cherry
