Ingredients
- Radish Greens – A small bunch
- Onion – 1 large – finely chopped
- Garlic – 8 to 10 pods – chopped
- Green chilli – 2- to taste
- Salt – to taste
For
- Oil – 1 to 2 tsp
- Mustard,Urad Dal – 1 tsp each
For Garnish :-
- Fresh coconut Flakes – as required
Instructions
- Wash the greens well and chop them finely.
- In a wok/kadai/pan, add oil as it warms let the mustard seeds and urad dal crackle & splutter.
- Tip in the chopped garlic ; as the aroma wafts all over, dunk the green chillis and the onions.
- Saute for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped greens and cook on a low-medium flame for a few minutes. Sprinkle some water if necessary.
- Once it starts wilting, season it with salt and mix well.
- Cook for a few more minutes and take off flame.
- Garnish with fresh grated coconut.
- Serve hot with rice/rotis.
