Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups 3.5dl unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup 1.2dl pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Ice and maple syrup to taste. I used a tsp of maple syrup.

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Serve immediately.
