- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Sparkling rosé, to top
- Fresh raspberries
- Pomegranate seeds
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Make a mint-infused honey simple syrup by combining honey with fresh mint leaves and allowing it to cool.
- Mix the cooled syrup with gin, pomegranate juice, and fresh lime juice.
- Place whole raspberries and pomegranate seeds in coupe glasses.
- Pour the cocktail mixture halfway into the glasses.
- Top off with sparkling rosé and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
