Description

This pink, fruity cocktail is made with a mint-infused honey syrup, gin, pomegranate juice, fresh fruit, and topped with a sparkling rosé. A perfect summer refresher.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mint-infused honey simple syrup
  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • Sparkling rosé, to top
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Make a mint-infused honey simple syrup by combining honey with fresh mint leaves and allowing it to cool.
  2. Mix the cooled syrup with gin, pomegranate juice, and fresh lime juice.
  3. Place whole raspberries and pomegranate seeds in coupe glasses.
  4. Pour the cocktail mixture halfway into the glasses.
  5. Top off with sparkling rosé and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
