- 1 liter (4.2 cups) water
- sea salt to taste.
- 300 g (11 oz) precooked polenta
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Gorgonzola cheese to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water, pour corn flour and cook for ten minutes.
- Oiled molds, pour polenta, add a cube of Gorgonzola cheese and cover with another spoonful of polenta.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F/gas 4) for 30minutes.
