Plum Jam


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1lb fresh plums
  • 200g caster sugar (I like my jam tangy, but if you don’t add more sugar!)
  • enough water to cover the bottom of the pan – NOT ALOT

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot and cook on a medium heat – add more water if it begins to stick/burn.
  2. Place in jars and eat on toast, in cakes or with yogurt! NOMNOMNOM
