Description
This Magic Bar Milkshake combines caramel and vanilla ice cream with graham crackers, chocolate, butterscotch, and a decadent condensed milk whipped cream topping.

- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup caramel ice cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
- 2 graham crackers
- 4 tbsp butterscotch chips
- 2 tbsp semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (20 g) toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped pecans
- Magic bar pieces, for topping
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, caramel ice cream, milk, graham crackers, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and top with the condensed milk whipped cream.
- Garnish with toasted coconut, chopped pecans, and pieces of magic bar.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try using homemade magic bars as a topping.
- Toasting the coconut enhances its flavor and adds a nice crunch.
- You can store any leftover whipped cream in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
