Instructions
- Into your food processor or Vitamix, add the drained and rinsed garbanzo beans, peanut butter, maple syrup (or agave or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl and stir in the dark chocolate chips by hand until evenly distributed.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, or cinnamon and sugar tortilla chips.
Notes
