Transform a classic peanut butter and jam sandwich into a delicious PB&J Greek Yogurt Parfait, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

- 1 tbsp (15 ml) almond or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) homemade freezer jam or berry puree
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) blueberries
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) granola (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.
- Add 1/2 tbsp of almond or peanut butter on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of homemade freezer jam or berry puree over the peanut butter.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, almond or peanut butter, and jam.
- Top the parfait with sliced bananas, blueberries, and granola if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
