- 1/4 cups (59 ml) Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp White Sugar
- 5 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups (355 ml) Graham Crackers (crushed)
- 2 Dark Chocolate Bars
- 1/2 cups (118 ml) Nutella
- 6 oz (170 g) Fresh Raspberries (halved)
- 13 oz (370 g) Marshmallow Creme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 11×7 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and 5 tablespoons melted butter.
- Blend in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers.
- Pour graham cracker dough into the baking dish and pat down to create a base.
- Lay two chocolate bars on top of the graham cracker dough.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Spread melted chocolate with a spatula and drizzle 1/2 cup Nutella over the top, swirling with a toothpick.
- Top with halved raspberries.
- Freeze for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
- Top with marshmallow creme and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Let cool and enjoy.
Notes
- For easier spreading, microwave the Nutella for 10-15 seconds before drizzling.
- To prevent soggy bars, ensure the chocolate layer is completely set before adding the marshmallow creme.
- Substitute other berries like strawberries or blueberries for the raspberries, adjusting sweetness as needed.
