- 9 oz (255 g) Nutella
- 3 oz (85 g) plain flour
- 2 medium eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or Gas Mark 4.
- Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with greaseproof paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 9 oz of Nutella, 3 oz of plain flour, and 2 medium eggs.
- Mix together with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking tin, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the tin for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- These brownies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a richer taste, try adding a pinch of salt or a splash of vanilla extract.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
