- 1 oz Homemade Pineapple-fennel shrub
- .5 oz Fino sherry
- Celery bitters
Instructions
- At the bar: Carbonated and individually bottled.
- To recreate at home: Shake all ingredients, pour over ice, top with sparkling water to recreate the fizz.
