Instructions
- Peel and cut the jicama, cucumber, pineapple, watermelon, oranges, mango, and melon into large pieces or chunks.
- Arrange the cut fruits in a large, tall glass or in a bowl.
- Pour the fresh squeezed lime juice evenly over the fruits.
- Sprinkle the ground chile powder and salt over the fruit, adjusting the amount to your taste.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
