- 2 hot dogs or sausages
- 2 buns
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) chopped red onion
- 1/2 ripe avocado (diced)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) complete seasoning
- 2 ears corn
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) complete seasoning
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- To make the corn, brush the ears with the olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoning.
- Grill or roast the corn until lightly caramelized. You can leave it whole or slice off the kernels with a knife. Finish by tossing with the cilantro.
- Grill your hot dogs or sausages until light golden brown and assemble the sandwiches with the sausages, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and mayonnaise mixed with the seasoning.
- Serve with your favorite beverage.
